Yesterday, Thursday November 7th. 2013, we concluded our course for de Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE designation of the Charfen Institute at the Miami Association of Realtors®. The classes were administered by Tony Martinez, one of the best, if not the best instructor in the field of distressed properties and Short Sales. The event was a success with a classroom full of agents that are truly and honestly interested in helping homeowners deal with their present difficult and sometime untenable real estate mortgage situation. Kudos to Alex Charfen for creating such a great program to help our country deal with this Foreclosure crisis. I recommend this program to all our colleague agents, as it is a must, if they really want to help the consumers deal with this sometimes very complicated and difficult problem. Sandor R.
