Yesterday afternoon, I had the privilege of touring the Family Services, Inc. complex in Gaitherburg, MD. Family Services is Montgomery Countys oldest non-profit, providing a large menu of services from birth to end-of-life assistance, financial literacy, housing assistance and more. I am excited to announce that I will be teaming up with Family Services to add to their portfolio by creating a Legal Workshop and Consultation program to assist low-to-moderate income residents of Montgomery County learn how to navigate the legal system and identify how to resolve their circumstances. A special thank you to Wendy and Erica for taking the time to introduce us to the wonderful staff and clients of Family Service, Inc. It is Action, Not Rhetoric, that makes Montgomery County better!
