Yesterday evening I couldnt sign onto AOL. As Im on dialup, that meant I was cut off from the Internet. Thats annoying, but I was worried that something was wrong on my end. So I unplugged the phone line and let it go for the evening. When I tried it after getting home from work, yay, connection achieved. Earlier in the day I was having a problem with Malwarebytes, and I contacted their customer support, and within 24 hours they E-mailed me a simple answer that solved the problem. How about that? Im not used to tech support being this efficient.
