Yesterday evening before I reached to border, a police officer stopped me. He was responding to a call, someone reported a woman pushing a baby on the interstate. We talked briefly as he scanned my ID. Then another officer pulls up (same one that stopped me 4 days earlier). Everything was fine and I went on my way. Today officer Zortman and his wife contacted me, picked me up off the freeway and treated me to a nice lunch. Then dropped me off to continue on my day! They have also helped me connect with some locals for things I need and people I wanted to meet!!! Truly amazing people...
