Yesterday had to of been of the most heartbreaking times of my life, saying goodbye to not just a nan, a mum & a bestfriend, in ways its like a weight of my shoulder noing shes in no pain anymore, but for selfish reasons im devastated that Im never going to see her again, was just so happy to hold her hand when she had her last breathe she went so peacefully just what us family wanted, RIP NANNA DOE 😰❤️
