Yesterday me and Sister Daines got to hold some pretty sweet turtles! Which got me thinking... Turtles are pretty lucky. They have this cool shell that protects them from things. When the world around them is scary, or they feel in danger all they have to do is hide up in their shell and all is well! I started feeling really jealous of these turtles, wishing I could have a shell like that. And then it hit me!! I do have a shell like the turtles! Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11) As we do all we can to follow Gods commandments, we are equipped with his armour. We are protected, and comforted from the world around us. It might seem hard, or overwhelming to always keep this armour with us. But dont get to anxious.. Be like the turtles, take it slow, thats the important thing!
