Yesterday my mail carrier rang the doorbell and asked if I was Roger ... He introduced himself and thanked me for the times I had offered him a Pepsi while out on his route. He then thanked me for my service and gave me a card for a free drink at a local establishment. The more I think about it, the more that means to me. He stopped on his rounds and came up to the door to thank me. What a remarkable young man. His momma raised a good kid who has become a good man and citizen. Wow!
