Yesterday saw the Connections play their last competitive match of 2014 and finish with a very credible 6-6 draw against a Dunedin Canmore/street soccer select team. Several of our new recruits played in what was very tough weather conditions. The boys showed fantastic commitment and effort leaving Head Coach Grant Cunningham assisted by Connections stalwart Gary Baker delighted with the performance. Our thoughts and wishes are with Daniel Foster and wish Dan a speedy recovery from the ligament injury he suffered during the game.
