Yesterday, the Wyoming Real Estate Commission approved changes to their rules and regulations. The major change was the increase in fees paid by licensees. The proposal calls for an increase in license renewal fees from $250.00 to $350.00 and an increase in orginial license fee to $300.00. The proposed changes are subject to a 45 day "public" comment period, so if you have comments let the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
