Yesterday, the heart of Derek, myself, and of our family and - TopicsExpress

Yesterday, the heart of Derek, myself, and of our family and friends who loved our fur-child were heavily filled with sorrow by the loss of our chunky man Leo. As we mourn his death we seek solace in the memories we both collectively and individually shared with Leo. Wed like to thank everyone whos extended the slightest bit of empathy and compassion. He was the light that illuminated ours lives, the year and 7 months we had him. Although the sound of his footsteps on the hardwood floors (sandals), tags on his collar (cow bell), snoring while sleeping and his physical, wrinkly little chunky body is already missed, we are comforted by our belief of the conservation of energy. We understand that his energy has not died, for no energy gets created in the universe, and none can be destroyed. Every energy, every vibration, every wave of every particle that was Leo remains with us. All the photons that ever bounced off Derek, and myself were gathered in the particle detectors of Leos eyes, and those photons created within him constellations of electromagnetically charged neurons whose energy will go on forever, and so Leo will live on forever. May love & light be with you all- Leos mom Natalie.
