Yesterday was a good day. Christine went off to an 8:15AM yoga class. I followed by a walk to the MacDonalds at Granville and Broadway. Had an Egg McMuffin and a medium decaf. Met Christine Walden on the walk back at Cypress and Broadway. Stop off at Choices for some coarse ancient grains breads and some other goodies. Afternoon book a flight for us and Erek Walden to fly to Edmonton to spend Christmas with our little family, Isabella, Brandy, and Jamie. Isabella will be 1 year old on Dec. 29th. At 5PM attended Joyce Murray MP Christmas party. I was surprised to know so many people. Michael and Nancy English, friends of ours from when our sons Erek and David grew up together, were there. Rich Helmer from TRIUMF and his spouse Lee were there as well. I was surprised to bump into Liz Gautschi, class 62. Spoke a bit to Joyce and her husband Dirk, and then left. Evening attended the West Coast Symphonys Christmas Concert at Shaughnessy Heights United Church. A video is posted below.
