Yesterday was one of the greatest adventures of my life. I flew for the first time from Knoxville to Dallas to California and took the 405 to see my daughter. Driving on the 405, OMG. That was never on my Bucket List but it was worth writing down and marking off. She lives on Westwood Blvd in LA and we walked to a little Brazillian resturant which was at the end of the block. We sat outside as the weather was beautiful and I ate one the best meals of my life. Paige had New Zealand lamb chops, I had Chicken Marsala and Clint had Portuguese Sausage. Each dish had rice, black beans and fried Plantains. We also had a side order of fried Yuka. I had not tried most of these dishes and they where all delicious. They then rode me through Hollywood and I saw the Hollywood sign, rode down Sunset Blvd, passed Rodeo Dr. and went through Beverly Hill, passed by the Graumans Chinese Theatre and the Walk of Fame where we saw many characters including Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Iron Man, Spiderman and Elvis is alive. Clint tells me Jimmy Hendrix is wondering around as well. It was was just a drive through but was a memory to last a lifetime. Today Paige and Clint are coming to take me to see the Pacific Ocean and ride down the Pacific Hwy to Newport Beach and then to visit Kim and Denise.
