Yesterday was spent in a Think Tank with Science teachers and a group of Dr.s from the Institute for Systems Biology. We were designing Science curriculum that aligns with the Next Generation Science Standards. They were using language like exponential change and carbon released organic matter, gases within the nucleus of rain drops affecting vast wheat crops. I was there to input student strategies much more my comfort zone. But, I couldnt help myself from sharing my recent science joke. Two guys walk into a bar the first one orders H2O the second guy says Ill have H2O too, he died. Im not sure if it was the end of the day giggles but we all had a good laugh and accomplished our task.
