Yesterday was the Dominican Republic Parade, at around 3:00 PM there was at least 10 police officers stationed at the Dyckman entrance of the Henry Hudson Highway, they confiscated 3 motorcycles just before we arrived. We expected to be stuck in traffic due to the time, parade, and activities at LaMarina, but were surprised at how quiet it was, we actually where able to park our car in our garage across from Payson Park without the usual added 20-30 minutes due to the streets being blocked off. Very surprised it was so quiet on BWAY for the rest of the day, actually forgot about it till just now.
