Yesterday watched this beautiful movie, The Theory of Everything. Its basically the life story of famed physicist and ALS sufferer Dr Stephen Hawking, though it revolves more around the deep love story between him and his wife, Jane. Ive been following Eddie Redmaynes career for a while now and I always appreciated him as an actor, and in this movie he doesnt disappoint. Redmayne delivers an astounding performance, worthy of Daniel Day-Lewis My Left Foot. This is a clear Oscar-winning performance from him and from what Ive seen so far, Ill be disappointed if he doesnt take the Academy Award home. Relative newcomer Felicity Jones also delivers a wonderful performance as Jane Hawking, and the fact that the movie is based on her autobiography clearly understates what an extraordinary woman she is. This movie was an absolute pleasure to watch and I daresay its one of the best movies 2014 has to offer, if not the best. Brilliant. 9.5/10. https://youtube/watch?v=Salz7uGp72c
