Yesterday we decided to upgrade our internet, we spent a few minutes on the phone with a fantastic person from RCN. We got a great deal and instead of giving us a four hour window they gave a two hour window. They also called right at 8 to make sure that time still worked. To my surprise the guy is here 30 minutes later. Screw you Comcast and Verizon. Learn from this smaller company about how you should respect and value your customer.
