Yesterday we got an email from a friend of the ministry, Amy Bradford of the GROWMARK Foundation. She asked if we would be interested in some sweet corn for the Ranch and that she would make arrangements to get it to us. Well instead of just accepting it we thought it best to have a few of our young men come and help harvest it with/for the grower. Besides, none of our guys have ever picked sweet corn! Today they did! Well our guys did a great job of picking for about an hour and a half and then we got a milkshake at Steak and Shake. The grower also blessed the ministry with quite a few ears of sweet corn for our guys! A really fun afternoon!
