Yesterday while making my way into town to pick Jayce up from school I had a harrowing experience....This in the form of a very unwelcome visitor in my car ..I was conversing with a friend by speaker phone of course... :).. Suddenly a huge green four legged entity sprung from who knows where and onto the top of my head !!!.. I screamed and swerved slightly ..This causing the horrific green intruder to then spring onto my leg to which I scream again !! My friend out of concern was yelling whats wrong whats wrong...I pulled over to in a nearby church parking lot flung open the door and practically fell out onto the hot pavement .. Jerking .. Jumping ..dancing around and slapping myself like I was having some sort of seizure ...managing somehow to yell to my friend what was happening ....finally exasperating myself I could not find the long legged culprit anywhere . I took a deep breath and peered underneath the drivers seat only to find myself eye to eye with the insect .. Before I knew it my face was covered in grasshopper !! Letting out a scream and full seizure like actions I was able to knock it into the seat then further to the pavement!! Whew victory I thought just as I raised up to see a policeman parked right in front of me who had witnessed the whole grasshopper incident ...He was smiling and I waived politely and looked away from humiliation ..I climbed back into the car and was in my merry way ... Well its out there now my cryptonite an insect in my car while Im driving ...ewwwwwww!!!
