Yesterday whilst we were out on our game drive, the lady who cleans our unit knocked my shower gel off the ledge and broke the cap. Not only did she come and apologise this morning but the camp also phoned to apologise. I was so impressed by this. The last thing I would do is get upset over something so minor, but the fact that she came and apologised took guts and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be leaving an even bigger tip for her. So far everything in this park has been wonderful- I cannot fault a thing! Berg-en-Dal officially remains my favourite camp!
