Yesterdays carnival was fantastic,in las palmas north of the island we went by bus only one hour away,amazing how the north is so cloudy and cooler, here in the south not a drop of spare water anywhere,so arid,like the desert,got some great pics,everyone makes so much effort,only the carnival in rio de janeiro is bigger,it goes on for weeks here and moves around the island,worth coming here just for the carnival.....the buffet here is fantastic...better watch me belly..as i wont be able to climb the ladders when i get back.....x i better now check how spurs got on....
