Yesterdays workout, chest & tris. So after a few tiring, heavy bench sets I finish with my last compound exercise. Looking mighty tired and rough. I love doing tricep dips, I can say with 100% confidence that my upper body strength has improved because of them. I broke another record of mine and went up to 60kg for the first time. Simeon, Im coming for you! (Soon...) My everything is sore today, enjoy your weekend!
