Yet ANOTHER carriage horse accident occurred in #NYC last night when a spooked carriage horse named Pumpkin ran wild through Central Park with no driver in the carriage, almost running people over and crashing into a taxi. Ask Mayor Bill de Blasio to speed things up so we can get these horses off the streets and into sanctuaries ASAP before another accident takes place.
