Yet another dirt bag bites the dust. This is why its very important for you to vet your instructor. Cory Jackson claimed to be one thing, turns out hes all together another. As for me, Ive always tried to be very humble about my military service. I did serve as an Infantryman, for 15 years, 12 of them in active service, 3 in reserve. I did deploy in support of both OIF/OEF. Thats it. Im not a ninja, never spent any time in a SOCOM/JSOC unit. I was and am proud to be a straight leg grunt. Theres been a lot of controversy about stolen valor of late. I never understood why guys blow up their resume or lie all together. If you want to be a thing, go be it. Either way, I dont know Cory or Erica or their company. I dont know James Yeager either. What I do know is this. Stay away and vet your instructor. For obvious reasons (Identity security) I dont put my DD-214s online, but any student of ours is more than welcome to take a look at an original, certified copy of mine I had stamped authentic by my county clerks office (Where the original issued documents are filed for safe keeping). I can honestly stand by my claims of service - too bad not all tactical instructors can.
