Yet, of course, you push all native English speakers to the back of the line because teachers must take time out of the instruction period to cater to visitors to this nation, to waste taxpayer money and our time because you wont do the bare minimum and learn the language of the nation you go to. For many years I have heard of the ugly American, what are you when you come to America and refuse to speak English? If you choose to speak only Spanish, Vietnamese, Pakistani, Arabic, Russian, Chinese whatever, then you cannot be expected to be included as you purposefully segregate yourselves. If you dont speak English then you dont want to be an American, if you dont want to be an American get the fugg outta here, simple. :) When you start banning aspects of ethnicity or cultural identity, says Augustin Pinedo, director of the League of United Latin American Citizens Region 18, it sends the message that the child is not wanted: We dont want your color. We dont want your kind. They then tend to drop out early.
