It has been invited to perform for many years, both in Taiwan and overseas. Their performances focus on bringing the Taiwanese culture to life for the audience. The company is now the icon of Taiwanese folk dance, and has always received warm welcomes everywhere they perform. 藝姿舞集創立於1996年2月。團長郭玲娟畢業於中國文化大學舞蹈系，團員為臺南市仁德、歸仁、永康地區就讀舞蹈院校及舞蹈系畢業返鄉的優秀舞者，是目前臺灣南部最具代表性的民族舞團。自成立以來，致力於國內文化藝術推廣、扎根，與國際文化傳揚交流，除定期舉辦「藝姿獨秀」國內巡演外，並參與地方文化單位相關藝文活動演出，如「南瀛國際民俗藝術節」、「鹿耳門天后宮文化季」等。1997年起，舞團受邀參與國際民俗藝術節近三百場演出，足跡遍及全球40餘個城市，作品深具臺灣文化特色，融合中華民族文化精神和臺灣豐厚俗藝術內涵，屢獲國外媒體大幅報導，並多次擔任各大文化活動開閉幕主要演出團隊，歷年在海內外的演出均獲得熱烈迴響。
