His people have already slaughtered all dogs in public shelter. Illegally. Because - according to the new law - the public shelter have to wait 14 Days and see whether the dogs owner come to fetch his dog. But tha Mayor of Botosani didn´t wait a week, Before every dog was dead. And that was a bloody dead.
