Yoga, Yoga, Everywhere! (NYC photoshoot) ------------------------------ YOGABODY friend, Laura Hubschman (a.k.a @silver_cloudss) did a really great photo shoot for us recently in New York City with Whitney Mara Photography. Many people assume that cities are the most hectic and stressful places to live (and sometimes they are!), but many cities, like NYC, are hubs for some of the best teachers and teachings in the world. Yoga in nature is great too, of course... but the point is, wherever you are, just make the most of it and do your practice. No excuses, it all works. In the park, on the train, in your bedroom.
