She has been doing yoga since 1996 and has recently completed a 200 hr training certificate under internationally known Deborah Williamson of Wild Abundant Life. Setting out to learn more about yoga and her own chronic illnesses, that had her walking with a cane and disabled. Lynn is passionate about her health and well being and wants to pass this knowledge onto others. She is self taught in the use of essential oils for relaxation, mediation, and healing. Lynn has the ability to inspire people through her warmth, openness, and caring.
