Yoga with Jessica starts this week at the Main Library! Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement to build physical strength, flexibility and balance, as well as mindfulness, inner peace and presence. Come ready to breathe, move, and maybe even sweat! All levels are welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Come early to reserve your spot. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Meets on 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 5pm.
