Yoh! Today a vision of mine has become a tangible reality. I have spent the last year chatting with various factories across the world trying to see who has the ability to engineer a holographic screen custom made for my specific needs. I needed a screen that is superior to all others in every way and could do everything that I needed it to do for all my applications. I seriously pushed the limit last year in the east and was let down a few times with poor quality screens and weak designs coming back that kept snapping into pieces in the wind when ever the south easter would blow across my apartments balcony but I never gave up my 3 - 4 am early mornings writing and contacting, investing and waiting to see what fruits could materialise from my efforts and today I was brought to my knees from heart palpitations when I received an email from a factory contact that has been working for 8 months on designing a new type of screen for me. I am still a bit emotional because this is everything for me. I have seriously tried all the commercial screens available on the market and none could deliver the perfect combination of elements needed to really make large scale outdoor holographic billboard advertising in Cape Town or any city that has strong winds for that matter a rock solid viable business to invest in. Due to previous let downs from various suppliers I now make these guys film videos of the prototype screens being used before they send the samples just to make sure I see everything has been done the way I need because I have seriously learned my lessons the hard way and this shit has not been easy at all, but here is a cut from the video for you to view, it is only 5 seconds but you should get the picture.
