You Can Have Perfect Peace We live in a world of turmoil with wars, floods, tsunami, earthquakes, suicides, hurricanes, tornadoes, crime, and an avalanche of evil. These are all signs of the times of the near coming of our Messiah, Jesus (Yeshua). And I will cause wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below: blood and fire and clouds of smoke. The sun will become dark, and the moon will turn blood red before that great and glorious day of the Lord arrives. But, everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Acts 2:19-21 (NLT). God does not want His children to be afraid or disturbed by these events. You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, all whose thoughts are fixed on You! Isaiah 26:3 (NLT). Jesus pronounced peace everywhere He went on earth. I am leaving you with a gift: peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So, dont be troubled or afraid. John 14:27 (NLT). They that live uprightly and keep their trust in God and our Savior are promised peace. Then, you will experience Gods peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 (NLT). God is still the Ruler of this world, in spite of the demonic activity that is taking place everywhere. Jesus (Yeshua) said: I have told you all this so that you may have peace in Me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But, take heart, because I have overcome the world. John 16:33 (NLT). The greatest weapon against satan and evil is the Word of God. Jesus used the Word of God against satan. Those who love Your instructions have great peace and do not stumble. Psalms 119:165 (NLT). Storing the Word of God in our hearts gives us the two edged sword against the enemy. For the Word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. Hebrews 4:12 (NLT). Therefore, put on every piece of Gods armor, so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then, after the battle, you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of Gods righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News, so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Ephesians 6:13-17 (NLT).
