You all know my man Shaun T!! He is one of the most motivation, inspiring, and empowering people Ive had the chance to meet. Im very proud of him and his continued efforts to be a role model to so many. This man knows that fitness and health is not always convenient. There is no right time and he throws out all excuses. Hes real, hes to the point, and he sure knows how to rock those abs! January 1st cannot get here soon enough! I cannot wait to start his new program, Insanity Max 30!
