You are consciousness. An expanding light ready to grow through inspiration and awareness. Each time this light grows you have leveled up and are closer to pure happiness. Which is heaven on Earth. Its hard sometimes to be happy in this crazy times we live in. Its rough out there for everybody... Theres millions of conditioning factors in all of us that have diseased our thoughts with fear, anger, sadness.... We have to recognize those things and be able to turn it around.
