You are in your house. An intruder enters intent on killing you, knife in hand. You see the front door and think that you could attempt to run out the front door ( first getting by the intruder and then opening the door and retreating)..Thinking that if you bolt , you may or may not make the door... but technically IF you make the front door, retreat is possible....what action do you take???? Consider a bill proposed by Shelia Jackson Lee that would reduce financial aid by 20% to states that do not require retreat as opposed to saving your own life...... Really??????Maybe someone could explain this to me.
