You are saying the black judges are not being fair to black people? Let me tell you something, as a retired deputy and military police officer, when you fire a waring shot in the air, the bullet will come down. Where ever that bullet comes down, it it kills someone it it manslaughter. If it wounds someone, it is felonious assault. Same thing if the bullet hits a wall, ricochets and hits a person. Read the article,, she is getting a new trial, not based on her sentence, but because the judge did not properly instruct the jury.
