Provide grants for self-employment in the fields of ARTS, CULTURE and TRADE. More emphasis on agriculture industry will be provided. Provide Technical and financial assistance to local film makers, producers and talented youths to uplift the film production industry and will amend the existing audio visual law to give better and equal opportunities to our people and raise 40% local employment in all international productions in Fiji as a condition of TAX REBATE. Open a national youth centre where every youth will be treated equally and trained in the respective fields which they are interested and all the activities by youths will be supported. Provide career exposure and guidance for secondary school students on yearly basis in to Global Job market and predictions by specialties on employment opportunities in order to reduce the number of mismatch. Start consultation process from the day one of my office with school managements, teachers, students and parents around the country in order to improve the infrastructure to fix the issues from quantity to quality education.
