The cure to BPD is to express all your emotions and not care what the rest of the world thinks of your expression. So much easier said than done, I know. But its necessary to living a full and rich life. Emotion is our inner guidance system... It must be expressed creatively. Do you see how happy this girl is during this moment where she is expressing herself to YouTube? Seems completely stable to me. Its because she can take those deep inner emotions and get them out into the physical world. They just cannot be buried inwardly. Creative expression (and detachment from rejection) is the key to building confidence! People are going to not understand you sometimes. That doesnt mean they wish to reject you. See it that way.
