You av nt lied to men bt to God,no one gets away wth lying,in the bk of acts,ananias n sapphira thought they wo lyng to peter n other blievers.But the apostle said to thmyou av nt lied to men but to GodTruth is one of the attributes of God.So wen we tell a lie we offend if nt in this life,thn at final judgement,wen we each gve an accnt of ourselves to God.We lve in hghly competitive world,n smtmes we may be strongly tmpted to shade the truth to get ahead.But the short-term gains frm lyng are worth little cmpared wth the long-term benefits of tllng the truth.If u ave deceived smone,confess it to tat person n to the lord.It may be humbling,bt its the first step to restoring integrity in your life-The road tat leads to misery is causd by a tongue tat wags;beware of lying lips,my friend,n a mouth tat boasts n brags
