You cannot cut down over half the worlds forests and expect the weather patterns to stay the same and then say like a sentinel OMG climate change because of pollution. Its climate shift folks... Trees and forest are the regulators of our climate. Once upon a time there were no north and south poles covered in Ice, the earth was covered entirely in vegetation and there was a thick canopy of water vapour surrounding the entire earth making the earth lush with vegetation. There were no extreme weather events because the forests and greenery regulated the entire globes weather system. A stark contrast to what we have today. Today we need to restore restore restore every man woman and child needs to plant 100 trees that are natural to the local environment. Only then will we start to see a shift in the climate.
