You cannot fly a big airplane until you learn how to fly a little airplane.~Pastor Rusty Griffin. This is the picture God gave me years ago when entering a one year disciple ship group with Pastor Anne Conner Griffin and Pastor Nancy McCready. He taught me to fly that little airplane and while I was up in the air flying alone, I looked down and waved to all my friends but my heart was not full. It wanted my friends and others to fly with me. Later, Pastor Anne and Pastor Nancy asked me and another woman to lead a one year discipleship group. Again God showed me flying an airplane. This time it was bigger and there were passengers aboard. They trusted God and they trusted me. In this season I am flying again, higher and further than ever before. Taking people I have never met with me, parents and children, staff and volunteers. Thank you Lord that NOW MORE THAN EVER BEFORE you are teaching me to fly that airplane. Thank You that You are the Pilot and I am the co-pilot. Teach me to fly higher and further than ever before. May the next season of my life be better than ever before, may I honor and glorify you more than ever before, may I know you more than ever before, may I bless you more than ever before. Lord, may we ALL fly so high the enemy cannot see us or hear us and may we as the church take millions with us. In Jesus Name, Amen.
