You cant convict someone unless that person is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Thats what I know. But how come on this case, I am the plaintiff, now I am the defendant and being convicted of something without fair and just trial? Plainly and simply on that guys head I am at fault. And that he doesnt seem to back out from his judgement that I am the one at fault. Tsk tsk. How delusional. Every trial must undergo showing of evidences and hearing witnesses. I think he must have a new way of placing judgement to ones head.
