You cant sit around waiting for people to get their lives together, head straight, or whatever. You have to move forward and just be the example. Sometimes being a good example comes with the burden of isolation, pain, and criticism. Let them talk but do not permit them to change you. If you allow someone to change you then you have surrendered your strength to them. Trust me honey, you aint got time or energy for that.
