You cops need to end this stuff right now. You are not olympic speed shooters, you are not deployed soldiers; stop training like it. You are servants of the people hired to sacrifice your life for us. If you cant handle that mind set then get a different job. Train to think fast, to anticipate, and then to act deliberately at an appropriate speed. If you are being trained to just jerk and fire you will do something you regret. If you participate in speed shooting competitions you need to quit, or at least intentionally train to moderate your reactions while on duty.
