You decide as here is one or maybe two of the stories in Corruption in Courthouse to be published. Names will be withheld on social media as I cannot have an attorney review these stories at this time. Remember Im just a poor white boy. Here goes. An out of county attorney sold me stock in a corporation for several thousand dollars. He gave me a receipt when he took my check. Sometime later he sues me in court stating he was sole owner of the corp. Upset was an understatement and I got tired of him harassing me so I researched KRS Statutes until I found it was unlawful to sell stock in a Kentucky Corporation before it was registered with the Secretary of State. This is when it gets interesting as I decided I was going before the Russell County Grand Jury and educate this two bit lawyer. First, the Commonwealth Attorney told me I had to have a prosecutor present and they would appoint one for me. Second, they did and it was an assistant Attorney General from Frankfort Boy did I think this is the real deal. However, I was very disappointed when I presented my case before the grand jury to find the new prosecutor would not let the jurors vote. Back to my friends in Frankfort to find the grand jury can indict anyone including a prosecutor. Next month I went before the grand jury with only documents to be presented and I asked the grand jury to only make a decision based on my documents. The grand jury not only indicted the out of county attorney but also the assistant Attorney General. Make a long story short. The assistant Attorney General high tailed it to Chicago, his home state, and the state refusing to extradite him back to Kentucky. Then since these lawyers had been charged with felonies, I had to have another prosecutor appointed. An believe me he was dumber than the first. And then they decided this had to be moved to another county. And it was and it happed to be Casey County of all places where I knew I was doomed. The judge and, I will not bother to call him honorable, didnt bother to take testimony as he ruled to dismiss the charges. Later I received a letter from a lawyer from a law firm in Lexington threatening me if I continued such actions. I made a mistake by taking his letter to the Russell County grand jury when I should have taken the letter to a federal grand jury. The case drags on until we finally get a decent judge in Russell County and I filed a motion to dismiss this law suit against me. The new judge dismisses the suit with the out of county lawyer appealing his decision. The three judge panel of the appeals court upholds the circuit judges decision and then this two bit lawyer appeals the case to the full court of appeals. The appeals court again upholds the circuit judges decision. During this time I had to fire two lawyers for misrepresenting me rather than representing me. Now neither of the prosecutors in Russell County are in office and the Russell Circuit judge is laid to rest somewhere. Karma will catch you sooner or later....
