You have a difficult time falling asleep but you cant explain why. - TopicsExpress

You have a difficult time falling asleep but you cant explain why. Perhaps your mind is consumed by work, school, family life, marriage, upcoming vacations and your brain wont shut down. But then you feel yourself slowly fading away and you gently grin, a let out a sigh of relief knowing you are finally falling asleep. The time? 1:52am. Two hours later your eyes pop open without warning. The time? 3:52am. The time upsets you because you desperately wanted it to be time to get up. You lay in bed, close your eyes and the brain starts going again. What woke me up? Was it a bad dream? And then you remember the date. Nov 27th, 1999..the day I got the call that someone I had grown attached to and loved was hit by a car. You start to visualize the event even tho you never witnessed it yourself. Youve replayed the accident in your mind so many times, sometimes you feel as tho you watched it all in slow motion. You wish you had someone to talk to but you know you arent going to wake anyone up. You also know you are over tired now and emotional so you grab your cell and FB it for the world to see because you know that this message will be relatable and someone will acknowledge your feelings and appreciate the fact they are not alone. Tomorrow is another day, we cant remain stuck in the past. And we will never get the answers we seek for closure....until we meet our loved ones again. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning.
