You have got to be kidding me. I just heard 9 families from the Sandy Hook school shooting are sueing the gun maker. Really, the next DWI/DUI wreck I work I am going to advise the victims family to sue the beer manufacturer and the car maker for providing the means to injure and kill. What about the lady who stabbed people walking down the street. Who going to sue the knife maker. It is tragic when someone kills someone else yes that I agree with, but it is not the manufacturer who is responsible for the use of thier product by the people intent on hurting others. There are bad people in this world regardless of what we do they will find a way to hurt someone else. Remember Cain uses a simple rock.
