You have through the end of November to save on PiYo challenge packs... BUT TODAY is the last day to join my PiYo challenge group staring on Dec. 1st. PiYo - its a combination of yoga and pilates that provides a complete cardio and strength workout. I love PiYo and heres why: #1 low impact, so its not hard on my knees and other joints. #2 even though its low impact it makes you sweat and burn calories in a short amount of time. #3 workouts are short (25-45 minutes). #4 the results are fantastic.
