You hear another unit being dispatched to a head on collision with unknown number of injuries. You are an ALS inter-hospital transport truck and are only 2 miles from the scene. You and partner decide to see if they need help. AOS and find 2 cars heavily damaged. The white car has driver side damage that protrudes 12" into passenger cabin. Driver is 21 yr old male unknown restrained, unknown LOC, conscious but not alert, several lacerations to head, face, and left arm, no deformities noted. All vitals are within normal range. Driver and passenger of black car are both restrained, both complaining of back and head pain. Driver has laceration to his left elbow from striking windshield. Both vitals are all within normal range with no LOC and both are alert and oriented x4. Unit that was dispatched as well as fire and rescue are 2 mins out. Who would you treat and how?
