You hear me talking about essential oils all the time, but you dont really know anything about them. Essential oils are such a huge topic, and I could talk about them for hours. Here is a YouTube video about EO basics and a link to a friends blog. Sometimes its best to start with an issue you have, and then work your way from there. Sometimes you might just want to dive right in. Two important rules for essential oils: 1. You need to know how to use them and use the best quality oils. (I can help with that!) 2. Its a trial and error process. You have to be open to trying a different oil. You and I are not going to have the same results. The oils work with our bodies chemistry. There is an oil out there that will help, but it may take time to find it.
