You know, I absolutely love showing off our chuckwagon and showing people how to cook in dutch ovens. And, I even love cooking all weekend just to give the food away to a bunch of strangers and hear them say you cooked this in a Dutch Oven - but its good Like what did they think it was going to be? The point of this is that I wish I could just wiggle my nose at the end of the weekend and have the wagon and truck pack themselves up. I am so tired and sore - I really need to get myself in shape. Now its Sunday night, I havent done laundry or gone grocery shopping and I have Monday morning to look forward to. Hope you all had a great cooking weekend too. It looks like the Cowboys for Heroes was a fine time. Thank you to all of you who helped honor our heroes.
